Property prices in Singapore reached its peak in 2021 and prices continue to hike in 2022. Demand do not seem to dampen as overall generally many still believe that purchasing a property in Singapore is still a wise investment to hedge against inflation as evidently shown during the covid period with property prices breaking record after record.
